Consistent with the VA/DoD Joint Strategic Planning Initiative, the Health Care System is focused on mutual support opportunities that provide the best value for VA beneficiaries and the taxpayer. These initiatives improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the delivery of benefits and services to veterans, service members, military retirees, and their families.
